Can you repair my broken glasses?  Bring your glasses in, and we will see if it is a repair we can do on site, or if we need to order and replace a part on the frame. 


My lenses are scratched.  Can they be fixed? Scratches cannot be buffed out of lenses.  Lenses sold with our superior anti-reflective coating have a 2 year unconditional warranty, and may be replaced an unlimited number of times with the same prescription.


Do I need to make an appointment to select glasses? No, please stop by during our business hours to see our beautiful selection of frames, and to be professionally fit by our opticians.


What frame brands do you carry? Please see our Eyewear page for a complete list of frame manufacturers.


How long does it take to have a pair of glasses made? Depending on your prescription, and type of lens, we usually are able to make lenses in a week, but possibly sooner in emergencies.


Do you accept insurance? No.  Insurance companies often require opticians to provide specific “insurance” frames and lenses.  They also often require the use of an off-site insurance lab that would not meet our high standards.  The frames may look similar to our products, but are produced with materials with poor integrity, and provide inferior optics.  We have chosen not to compromise our high standards. We only carry quality frames, and lenses with superior optics.  We are more than happy to complete any reimbursement forms provided to you by your insurance company for out-of-network providers.
